Mindful Awareness Practices (MAP’s) for Daily Living

This program is designed for everyone! It’s an excellent introduction to mindfulness for beginners and anyone looking to revitalize their practice. Each course in the program lays the foundation to understand basic principles of mindfulness, learn science-based practices that are designed for your daily life, and help you develop a personal meditation practice.

Class structure

  • A 6-week program, meeting 2-hours a week

  • Each class is a combination of lecture, practice, and group discussion

  • Intentionally intimate community group class sizes taught in a supportive environment

  • $250 for 6-week program
