What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness Meditation is exercise for the modern mind. The practice connects us to the present moment by focusing our attention on breath, body sensations and the environment around us. In the practice we learn to cultivate compassion and invite overall balance to the body, heart and mind. 

I offer a variety of sessions and workshops for individuals, small groups and companies. You can find me leading classes in San Francisco at the following locations:
