These meditation sessions are designed for you to explore mindfulness and discover practical ways to incorporate into your daily life. The practice of mindfulness allows us to connect with what is arising in the present moment and meet it with kindness & compassion. In this session we will spend time in the practice of meditation and discuss ways to build a consistent practice. We will explore mindfulness techniques that connect us to the present moment by focusing our attention on our breath and body sensation. The practice of mindful meditation will lead to overall balance of our body, heart and mind.
